• At least 50% of program participants without formal academic certification
• 75% of participants demonstrate increased confidence in digital task performance
• 70% of participants independently perform practical documentation and typing services
• Gender inclusion target maintained at minimum 50% female participation

We monitor inclusion metrics and track access equity across all cohorts.

• At least 40% of graduates engaged in income-generating activities within 6 months of program completion
• 30% of participants placed in internships or structured employment pathways
• 100% of participants receive structured career readiness and job preparation support
